Tiffany Kallevik

Tiffany joined Hier & Company in April 2018 as a broker associate supporting the company’s work to provide real estate and facility acquisition expertise to the vibrant charter school sector. As a passionate advocate for improving education and learning options for Colorado families, she supports the efforts of Hier & Company in developing comprehensive K12 facility solutions to the entire state. Prior to joining Hier & Company, Tiffany served as the Director of Business Services at the Colorado League of Charter Schools assisting school leaders in achieving financial and operational excellence within their organizations. During her 8 years at the League, she helped position local charters as leaders in innovative education and Colorado now ranks #2 in quality among the national charter landscape. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and holds a real estate license in both Florida and Colorado.

Travis Martinez joined Hier and Company as a broker associate in the fall of 2015.  He brings with him over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industries.  Travis has been a licensed Colorado broker since 2003, and has ample experience in all phases of real estate including acquisitions, leasing, property management, and development.
