Rent surveys are designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of market rental rates for a subject space. Owners with vacant space often conduct these surveys to determine a rental rate that will attract and retain tenants. These surveys are also requested by owners when tenants are due to expire and the rental rate needs to be re-assessed. Hier & Company has completed rent surveys throughout the Denver Metro Area on approximately 200,000 SF with more in the pipeline.
